Terms of use
The terms that apply to your use of docopsly.com and the DocOpsly service.
1. Acceptance
By accessing docopsly.com (the "Site") or using the DocOpsly platform (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Customer subscriptions are additionally governed by a written service agreement, which prevails in case of conflict.
2. The Service
DocOpsly provides a managed documentation platform in which agents draft, publish and maintain documentation on the customer's behalf, subject to human review and approval configured by the customer. The customer remains responsible for approving content before publication and for its accuracy and legal compliance.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for the configuration of your workspace, and for all activity carried out under your account. Admins are responsible for the roles and approvals they delegate.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Site or Service to publish unlawful, infringing or harmful content, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any system or data.
5. Customer content
You retain all rights in the documentation and other content you provide. You grant DocOpsly a licence to process that content only as necessary to deliver the Service to you.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, the Service and their design, software and branding are owned by DocOpsly or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and may update, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" for information purposes. Agent-produced drafts are proposals for human review; DocOpsly does not warrant that any draft is accurate or complete before approval.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DocOpsly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. The courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
